Eating Healthy...
Spring's coming up and with that... you want to look your best. I've been thinking about attempting to eat a little more healthy, although I could never go no/low carb! I've been slacking on the elliptical machine, I'm going to start that up this week again, but I'm hoping to try to start doing a little of everything better. Starting with food!
Do you have a favorite recipe that's "healthy"? Or where's your favorite place to go? What's your favorite meal?
I'm also looking for something to eat for breakfast that's filling. Lately, anything from oatmeal to cereal on the go, isn't filling me up. Then I'm hungry by 10AM and start to get that shaky feeling. Which is not fun!
